You can donate money to Malo Mart so they will build the bridge to Hyrule Castle, then you can go to Lake Hylia or you can do peteyboo's Early Lake Hylia glitch:

Comment: Wiimajor, there is no way to defeat King Bulblin the second time without the bow at the moment with this glitch. But if you talk to the kids in Kakariko at daytime they will say that the Zora boy is in the graveyard, but we cant get to him because we dont got the bomb bag.
