Only achievements unlocked in Story Mode are the 50 Head shots and 70 Leg shots, everything else, including any high scores have all been avoided. This is for people who want to enjoy farming up your money in the Director's Cut mode and getting all of your weapons bought and upgraded without having so many One-Time achievements taken from Story Mode.
