The title will unlock abilities for sonic including the 3 special abilities, one for each fighting style. I currently have 10K followers and need 15K for the next title so you can see its not going to be fast. The other unlockables are just in the gallery and doesn't affect gameplay. If that don't work you might need to remove the no copy protection. There are several ways to do it search around. The easiest way is to use gecko OS and use the rebooter function. I thought the no copy protection only prevented copying data out of the wii not in to the wii(I tried it with mario kart). And the file name is data.bin just like every other save file.
