Comment: Why are you installing savegame installer with the twilight hack?  You need to use the savegame installer with the homebrew channel.  Also, what version is your wii?

just extract and place the folder into your apps folder on your sd card.
(you must have homebrew channel installed and cios249)
If you dont have these I may or may not be able to help, just leave a comment.  
Also, If you are using a backup of a game don't bother trying this because you need the original copy of a game in order for it to work and the game must be in the wii when you are using the save manager
