The game code, if it isn't listed, is RLW, with P on the end for the PAL region. The zip name should be a clue.

Some fun facts - I 'died' a grand total of 8 times (mostly in the bonus sections - they're mean in places), played through the game three times in total, and finished the whole thing in 4:19, according to the in-game clock. If you're really feeling suicidal, try and beat it.
