Name: Bosses Save, all content unlocked
Description: 3 saves, 1st save is at the "Plant" boss with the guy with that chainsaw, the second save is at the end of the game.

Save #3 in the 10th spot is just a save done after completing the game a second time to "save" all the extras without having to beat the end boss again to unlock them.
