Description: Has all the Stars collected, all cars unlocked, all cheats unlocked, main story done, all guns.Only things not done are some diner street races in both '76 and '06, couldn't find them and one Stick Up mission in '06 (Coney Island) which is no where to be found.Tried to convert this from PAL to NTSC-U but got a failure message.
