Name: Best Save Ever
Description: This save has all S rankings on Odd Jobs and Second Amendment missions.

6 saves, save slots 1-3 are at the very last save point on HARD, NORMAL and EASY.

Slots 4-6 are endgame slots so you can start a new game+ all crap unlocked from previous plays.

I beat the game 6 times, four on HARD, once on NORMAL and EASY, getting S ranks on all Otis missions.

Just got the S rank on the 6th play thru on Hard, Roll costume unlocked, if anything else is found in the future, I'll update this file.

Comment: I believe I got everything unlocked, I beat the game just now again on hard mode rescuing all the people in the otis missions, got an over all rating of A gameplay wise.

Unlocked the School Uniform and the Bionic Commando uniform.

Just gonna finish it on normal and easy like I said and post a final save some time next week, btw, the save will have 6 slots take up, the first 3 are at the end of the game on each difficulty, beat the end boss and see the ending, slots 4-6 are starting the game fresh with all goodies carrying over for that difficulty.

Comment: Time is of no issue, I used Ocarina cheats on this so the over all time is set at 0.

Do what you want, its on the net, so its everyones save now.

Confirmed, loaded up save file 4, Roll costume is located on the floor of the room you enter when you come down the stairs (left side ascending).

I WILL UPDATE WITH THE WHITE HAT (100% Item Usage) SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE.  This will be the very last thing to get unlocked.

Comment: i downloaded and checked slots 1, 4, 5, and 6 and i dont see the Roll costume. its suppose to be under the stairs leading to the helipad right?

I haven't checked to see where it is in the safe area.
