After beating a game fully (getting all 5 medals) you unlock a special mode for that particular game.  Getting fewer than 5 medals gets you various extra content per game.

Side Pocket - 3 medals
Street Hoop - 0 medals
S.R.D. - 2 medals
Wizard Fire - 5 medals

If anymore ocarina codes come about, I'll give the game a shot again.
