Extract the COD W.A.W. save game file on your wii using save game extractor.Step 2. Open the extracted COD W.A.W. save game file on a CPU.Step 3. Open title folder, then folder "0" (without quotes). Comment: By the way... This save WILL NOT kick you off of Nintendo wifi because the multiplayer code is yours, the mpstats.dat just changes the prestige level and changes your number level. (and adds all weapons and accessories) when you install SOMEONE ELSE'S save file entirely, their code is transferred to yours and Nintendo recognizes that and kicks you off of Nintendo Wifi!!

Comment: I think that this WILL work for a PAL wii. I am not sure. I have not tested it so don't be mad if it doesn't. Either way, please post your results here. THNKS!!!!!!
