Save game installer and extractor is required.
(Or Save Game Manager)
Step 1. Extract the COD W.A.W. save game file on your wii using save game extractor.

Step 2. Open the extracted COD W.A.W. save game file on a CPU.

Step 3. Open title folder, then folder "0" (without quotes). (the "0" stands for profile 1. Folder "1" stands for profile 2 and so on.)

Step 4. Replace the MPSTATS.dat in the "0" folder with the one provided in the rar download link above.

Step 5. use the save game installer to install the save game on wii.

Step 6. HAVE FUN WITH YOUR NEW 100% COMPLETE MULTIPLAYER SAVE.
