Comment: I've a 100% file too, but for me only the 2nd (2/85) cutscene is still unlocked and I don't know why. Everything else is unlocked.

Comment: And U also have no idea how to unlock these cutscenes? I mean, the icons of these cutscenes indicative of there have something to do with the levels of these icons, but I don't have a clue what in hell this could be.
