SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By opening this package or using this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Do not use this software until you have carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the software to the place that you obtained it for a refund.
If you open this package or use this software, you are bound to the terms of this agreement.

LICENSE:

The author of this software("FILSECLAB") grants you the right to use the enclosed program, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

YOU MAY:

Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this AGREEMENT. 

YOU MAY NOT:

- Sub-license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Create derivative works from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
- Manual except as provided in this agreement.

COPYRIGHT:

Title to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies thereof remains with the FILSECLAB. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and manual are copyrighted and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not remove the copyright notice from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

NO WARRANTIES.  - The FILSECLAB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:

In no event shall The FILSECLAB be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE FILSECLAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  IN NO CASE SHALL FILSECLAB'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SOFTWARE.  The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept the Software.
