This program is a smart addition to the system utility: Windows Update. Microsoft Corporation doesn't allow users to save updates on local drive via Windows Update - they are immediately removed after installation. This is not convenient for many, You will have to download update packs again to patch systems with the same version of windows on other partitions or computers! But this is still required because of things like MSBlast and other important patches.

WUtooL solves this problem. Launch the program and select Windows Update, then let WUtooL control the downloads, it will save the patches to a specified folder on your hard drive.
