This is a whole operating system! This is the live distro version ISO that you must burn to a DVD in order to run the OS or installation process, it works as a bootable OS.

Zenwalk's Live Edition is a complete GNU/Linux operating system. Just as with Zenwalk's desktop Edition, out of the box, you will be able to browse, mail, chat, listen to music, program in C, Perl, Python, Ruby,.. watch videos in various formats, write documents, print, scan, burn CD and DVD, connect your camera and edit your photographs, without adding anything. Coders will like the full set of development libraries and interpreters. The Live Edition also includes extras such as system recovery tools, partition tools, video games and much more... 

-~ !ISO Burning Crash Course! ~-

Know how to burn an ISO? Then ignore the following paragraphs:

First open a Disc burning program like Deepburner (included on this disc in the 'Utilities' section under the 'Essential' header), when the wizard appears check the radio button next to 'Burn ISO image', then click on the 'next' button.

A new window will appear, look for the 'Image file' section of the window and on the far right you will see a button displaying '...'; click this to bring up an explorer window that will display ISO image files within the currently viewed folder.

Now navigate to the Linux ISO file on this disc (if you have only one DVD drive, then copy it to your local Hard Drive), click on this iso file and select open.

Finally insert a blank DVD and click on 'Burn ISO', now sit back and let Deepburner do its thing, when you hear a chime, your disc will be complete. Congratulations! You've created your own Linux Distro disc.
